Levi Ski Resort
You can now try the fantastic adventure resort of Levi in the Arctic Circle. This resort offers one of the largest ski areas in Finland, uncrowded queues and a great choice of winter activities to try. Levi is probably Finland’s most famous ski resort and hosts World Cup Ski Events every year. With excellent skiing and so many activities, Levi is a great choice for groups of friends and families.
Beginners




Levi has a number of wide, family runs with lots of space to build up along with an excellent ski school.
Intermediates



Learn to carve some tracks on carefully groomed pistes. Many lifts and runs stay open in the evenings for some fun floodlit skiing and the Levi North and Levi Express lifts are open until 8pm.
Advanced


There are challenging pistes, including the black World Cup run with its 52% gradient on the final stretch which will really make you fly. There is also some off-piste skiing.
Snowboarding



Levi has a superpipe and Snow Park and the good conditions are particularly appealing to you if it is your first time on board.

Apres Ski
The après ski, as with many other traditional village resorts, focuses on the local hotels and bars. Be sure to check out the Romanian folk music evenings, gypsy music and cabaret shows and many of the restaurants provide such entertainment, along with energetic floorshows.
Activities
A range of Arctic activities including snowmobiling, husky dog sleigh rides, snowshoeing, reindeer safaris, ice fishing and a visit to Father Christmas.
Eating Out
Good range of restaurants and local Lapp specialities are highly recommended, try The Dacia restaurant to taste the wild boar speciality. For a lively evening, The Carpathian Stag in Brasov hosts a wine tasting event in its ancient wine cellars with dinner and a folklore show to follow.
